Hi everyone, just realised I havent really posted since i added my introduction! Im waiting till payday so i can join a class on 5th may.

Ive been having a look through peoples food diaries and notice alot of people will have a yogurt or a cereal bar for breakfast..does this really keep you going? Is it a case of grab it before you go to work? As i stay at home alot (on maternity leave, back to work in august) i have always tended to snack alot and seem to need a big breakfast-or maybe this is just in my head lol.

You could have a proper breakfast and have a yoghurt and cereal bar for snacks - 2 Alpen Light bars are 1 HEXB or 3 syns each for example....
