Well i have stayed EXACTLY the same! no loss no gain!! i am a bit gutted!
Well I have lost 4lbs this week - amazing!!! I am stunned, up until the last couple of days I was feeling TOTM bloaty and not at all like I was losing! But I have been doing LOADS of exercise - so I will have to keep it up this week.
Ive lost 3lb which i was really happy with until my 'friend' rudely said
'oh is that it, u should loose alot more on ur first week, u'll never do 2lb a week if thats the case'
Is this true??? Should i of had a big loss on my first week? x x

Next weeks goal.. lose at least 2 pounds and get into the 9's! xx
