Sorry to sound vague.. as doing this from home with an old book til class on Monday at least.. but can't remember if we can save any of our syns? Ie.. for a night out? Thanks. x
Some people start the week with either 105 or 70 syns (depending on whether they have 10 or 15 a day) and count down through the week.
Others (like me!) have 10-15 a day and that's it.
The "official" line on the SW website is that this is allowed. It's whatever works for you. For some it encourages bingeing but for others it allows them a bottle of wine on a weekend!
Thats a good idea with the countdown.. but might loose track. I'll stick to 10 a day and 12 on a gym day if needed. I can write down my food diary and keep daily tracks of my syns and save a few for a bottle of wine at theend of the week x
I write the 105 at the top of my food diary, then at the end of every day deduct what I've used, cross out the old number and write the new one underneath. It works for me
