hi all been off cd for 18 months have gained 1.5 stone all my own fault and has only just gone on over the past 6 months, was doing really well but dr keeps putting me on steriod tablets for my back which bloat me terribly, but back ss tomorrow with all the determination in the world to shift this weight again x
