Dont wanna get too fruity?!?

Hi all, i have been eating a fair amount of fruit, strawberries, raspberries , blueberries, blackberries , pineapple and the occasional mango, and 1 banana. i just bring a small lunchbox full and put them im yogurt and munch throughout the day. are these fruits ok, i know eating to many bananas isn't good....help
 
Hi! There is a thread a bit further down the board on this subject already. Have a look at that to see what people are saying but basically fruit is good so go for it if you are hungry.
