How would I point theses?

I bought SW sausages and burgers from a local butcher a good few weeks ago before I joined WW. Now to syn each they were 1/2 a syn. How would I point them?

low fat sausage fat 40g = 1.5
low fat sausage thin 20g = 0.5

uncooked weight

I assume since the SW sausages they are low fat. Hope this helps.

I used to get those sausages when I was on slimming world a while back. They come in quite a few flavours don't they?

We have one or two butchers that I know of who sell them...I assumed that they have some sort of agreement in place with slimming world. I used to get them at least 9 years ago when I worked in the Abbey...all the girls used to get them they were quite tasty especially for low fat. If you ask your local butchers he may know who sells them if he doesnt sell them. x

p.s. the don't come in a sw package, unless that's changed since I got them.
