I would suggest the 30 day shred if you want to tone up and get a quick workout. If you are a busy person, the dvd will be perfect for you. I only have a small space to use in my room but on certain levels it's different. On level 2 and 3 you may need a bit more room to move about.
I have the Biggest Loser on the Wii and find it really hard to keep track of, I find it a tad boring as well so won't be using it much.
I know that Natalie Cassidy has recently put all her weight back on, I saw bits of her dvd but not enough to recommend it to anyone.
