Hi Jazmine, I started Tuesday the 14th April. It was really tough in the first 3 days but it got easier thereafter. I have stuck to it 100% and was due to have my first weigh in yesterday but my councellor wasn't in. I am going today and hope that it has all paid off. Good luck to you and keep reading the success stories on here as that is what has kept me motivated...they are a real inspiration.
xx

Welcome Jazmine. I'm excited for you - the first few days can make you feel a bit spaced but the buzz you feel after a few days is so worth it. The weight will drop quickly and by seeing results in boosts you even more.

As for the people who give negative responses.... people often poo-poo things they don't understand. Only my husband and minimins even know I do it now because I don't appreciate peoples opinions that can't be positive for me. I'm flitting between SS and SS+ and occasional planned days off a the moment which is working for me but at a slower pace (feel free to read my thread "secret diary of a small girl to be"). However, I have to say that when i'm 100% SS'ing it's amazing. Not always easy, but after day 4 it feels lush! Good luck - can't wait to check on your progress. :)
