something else i thought would make a quick lunch at work, but i suspect is full of syns - its the 410g tin
does anyone happen to know how many syns for the full tin on a green day, many thanks x

is that for whole tin do you know?
really thought would be less on the green day - more pasta than meat in it
oh well 1/2 syn, not much in it really

its one of the few things that I really miss-its was free a couple of years ago(shakes walking stick)but its not worth that many syns.
