NEED TO LOSE THAT STONE

Day two ok i am aiming for 2lb a week . I always have lost weight and but it back on this time hopefully will get it right xx
 
Breakfast cup of tea alpen bar
lunch w/w spaghetti fish cakes fried egg
tea
wil fit done weight this morning 9st 4lb
 
You need to eat loads of veg.
I am not sure if you are doing EE, and if you are you need to have 1/3 plate superfree but anyway loads of veg is good.
Are you counting syns and haveing your HEXs?
