My First Food Diary - Newbie so feel free to correct me!!

Im new to WW so thought i would do a food diary then i can look back and be inspired!

I am a childrens nurse and im wanting to lose about 7st and retrain my eating habits along the way!

Im new to the whole points tracking thing so feel free to correct my points values if i get them wrong!

Im currently 17st 11lb so im on 28 points a day! but im trying to keep a few just in case i want a drink at the weekend or something comes along unexpected ive got some free points!

So today ive had the following

Bran Flakes 30g - 2.5
Skimmed milk 1/4 pint - 0.5
Banana - 1.5

WW Yoghurt - 1
4xCrispbreads - 1
Low fat Chives cottage cheese - 1.5

Chick, Tom n Basil WW meal - 3.5
Strawberry, Kiwi & Grapes - 2.5

Mush,broccoli & wedges WW meal - 4.5
Uncle bens wholegrain rice - 1/2 pack - 3
Steam Veg - 0

ww yoghurt - 1

Total - 23

I am weighing things out precisely before i start work as i work 13 hour shifts so i need to be prepared haha works in theory!
I also find the WW meals pretty good as i can eat them quickly when i dont have much time! I know its not ideal to eat ready meals but they are working for me!

let me know if my points are right for today! will update each day my weigh in day will be a monday.

Thanks hun im finding it ok to stick to even better now i have an extra point from my bran flakes!

Yeah thats me last year but i still weighed 15st then i can carry the weight pretty well i dont look 17st now but i feel uncomfortable!

I think you just know when ur not happy at a certain weight! ive set a target of 10 stones but im tall so i will see how i feel with each stone! im taking baby steps as i will stick to it much better!

Well today has been a busy one! lots of tidying!!

Today im having the following

Weetabix crunchy bran 40g - 2
1/4 pt of skimmed milk - 1/2
Banana - 1.5
WW toffee yoghurt - 1/2

tesco tom & cheese pasta - 6
vanilla ww yoghurt - 1/2
grapes - 1

pasta 75g - 3.5
meditaranean veg sauce - 2
pear - 1

ww lemon yoghurt - 1
ww brownie - 1.5
walkers french fries - 1.5

Total- 22.5
 
Went to 2 parties fri and sat so didnt count points!

Today ive had

Cheerios - 2
Skimmed milk - 1/2
Banana - 1.5
ww toast & butter - 1

ww yoghurt - 1
apple - 1

ww bolognese - 4.5
strawberries & grapes - 2

chicken stir fry - 4
ww cheesecake - 3

french fries - 1.5
ww biscuit - 1.5

total - 23.5
 
Sorry i missed this but HOLY COW! You really carry your weight well i thought your little picture was of you at goal, you look about 10 stone! WOW!
I deffinately know what you mean about feeling like you need to do somethign even when other people say you looks fine!

alpen choc n fudge bar - 1

Total 24.5

going to start doing exercise tomorrow but i am a total beginner so dont know how much difference this will make!!
We will see! going to start by just a bit of jogging and my hubby is going to help me with a bit of boxing!
