Hey guys,
I've been off plan for a while and im hoping to start back this week, however im a bit worried as ive just got a job working as a waitress, its really hard work... much more so than I ever thought, especially as the restaurant is over two floors so its a lot of running up and down stairs. I have a 10 hour shift tomorrow, Will I be able to do it on such minimal amount of calories?
