syn value for muller rice ?

does anyone know sin value for muller rice reg size, and also ambrosia pot of rice by any chance .. need to pick up filling snack for work later

Muller rice are about 11 syns each!!!!

ambrosia rice 7 syns 135g creamy rice pud ambient or 150g of low fat rice oudd.



Better off with a muller lite and a banana!!!

Or why not make SW friendly rice pudding?
Muller rice is most certainly not worth the high syn value. Never tried ambrosia, but I shouldn't think it's worth it either!

If you do a search in the recipe sub-forum you'll find some rice pudding recipes. There are several variations depending on whether you want to use milk or not, and how you want to cook it - hob/oven/microwave.
