Hi Guys and Gurls...

I thought Id check in, as I havent said hello since January.

I came off TFR in October, and Ive managed to maintain since then, 6 months and counting.

Its been pretty easy, (mentally its been a struggle, and still is).

I just wanted to say well done to everyone whos maintaining, and keep up the good work. Its hard work, but I will never ever go back to the old habits. Putting my body through TRF to slip back into the lifestyle I had before just doesnt make sense, and just cannot happen

Im 9st at my lowest, which varies up to 9st 5lb, depending on totm etc.
Ive lost 4 stone in total

Keep it up everyone, its worth the struggle and heartache (at times).

Well done with maintaining your weight. I did lipotrim for 4 months from end of July to end of November 08. I lost 5 stone. I kept the weight off for about 5 months before becoming too complacent - I managed to put on 6 stone last year and now find myself looking at other diets as I cannot bare the thought of TFR again.

Excellent on your maintaining. I think we can make it as easy or as difficult as we want to, but with a bit of common sense and using a couple of days a week for more luxurious items ( I wont call them treats) it seems to work really well.

I too never ever want to go back to where I was, I love being thinner.
