Waitrose - ready for the pot - vegetable & bean stew mix.

I just added water and vegetable stock , cooked and blended til smooth to make delicious syn free soup.

Waitrose is great for little bags of things for when you are in a hurry. I love the mixed sweet potato and butternut squash cubes.

And their Irish Stew mix is great. You can add lean lamb to make an Irish stew, or just cook it as it is to make a vegetable stew or soup.

Also, they sell bags of alfafa sprouts, which are great in salads and sandwiches.
