Pasta Confusion arrghhh

Hope you can help me, I am on s/w & lovin it, just a bit confused about a few things, so I hope some one can help me out....

I know that pasta is free on green, but is it only brown pasta?

Is packed ham free on a red day?

any dried pasta is free on green and extra easy but obviously wholemeal is more filling and better for you. yes packed ham is free on red and Extra easy
