Motivation needed!

Ok so I've stopped going to group as I'm totally skint and trying to do it at home but have really struggled this week! I need some focus, tips, meal ideas (no exercise don't have time for that). Thanks :)
 
I would plan out your meals for the week - maybe shop online if you find shopping tempting. Also invest in a book - writ everything hat passes your lips even if it goes wobbly do it and you fill so much more in control!
