Ice Cream!

I have bought the Eat Smart Ice Cream but I am unsure how to point it as the NI gives a points value for 125ml as 1.5 points but I don't know how to measure that out lol. How would I figure out say 60 grams?

The NI is 87 cals and 0.5 sat fat for 125 mls.

Maybe I am just being super silly this morning but just cant figure it out x

lol there is 1.25 grams in 125ml apparently dunno if that helps, can't be right though? weird i dont do math

no unfortunately you dont measure liquid weight like that unless its in its acual liquid state ie melted.

55g is 100ml of icecream so 68.75g is 125mls icream
