Hey guys,
It is my sons communion in 3 weeks and I am considering refeeding just for the day. I dont really know if this is a good idea! By the time the communion comes Ill be on LT over a month and will hopefully have good bit of weight gone by the way. Obviously I dont want to mess this up. Can anyone that has done the refeeding please let me know what it is like, is it hard to start back on the shakes, do you have to go thru the whole ordeal of getting back into ketosis, would I put on much weight etc. It is only for the day and I would love to be able to go out and have a meal with my son and co. but not to the detriment of a long month of hard work!

I refed for a weekend away, I controlled what I ate and how much easily apart from 1 kit kat, I was shocked how small my appitite was and easily filled, I have struggled since being back and have chosen to have the odd meal, no carbs, its difficult for me to advise, I have two minds about it 1. I was starting to really get fed up of the diet and desperate for food and also wanted to see how I would cope with food as before the diet I was totally out of control so am glad I refed and proud that I done it and still lost. 2. I am so pleased with the amount of weight I have lost and it would be great to be in that mindset of the first month 100% and lose all my weight but then how would I be when I get back to eating as some I see on here get to goal then seem to have some bad choices in their maintenace menus, at the end of the day ideally 100% would be great but I am not going to beat myself up as this is the only diet I have ever done and lost this much weight, I know I can now contol my eating and compared to what I was doing before I am still losing weight. I think only you can decide so think about it carefully and weigh up the weight loss and the need to eat for the occaision. Good luck with your choice and hope I have helped!
