Hi Lynda

Don't do on line so cant help you on that but just wanted to say that try looking at the cash back sites cos the money given by some of them will mean getting access to online for free

Short answer - not hellish much. The online set up is at best poor. The esource is inaccurate in loads of instances. I'd spend the £30 on a calculator, Eating Out Guide and Shopping Guide, and you'll still have change left over ;)

I joined using cashback site couple of weeks ago, 20 quid cashback so only costing me a tenner for 3 months

I use it. There is an online tracker thing, that you can use to track points, body measurements and your weighloss, and if you like numbers like I do, then it works out rates at which you're losing, and stuff. Makes a graph of your loss.

There's a recipe builder too, which I find useful for working out what points are in my non-WW meals and recipes. Cakes and stuff, cos I do a fair bit of baking.

There's quite a lot more recipes available too.

I took it up as the 3 month bargain thing. Not sure yet whether I will cancel it or continue once the three months is up, but at the moment it is helping me through a bad patch. BUT I am too lazy to keep a paper diary, and that would probably do the same job...

I don't really use the community section, I don't like the layout, the design of it but when I have, everyone's friendly, but honestly not a patch on this place!

If you have the money to spare and are not tied for time, I would really recommend going to meetings - you can get a Monthly Pass for under £18 a month, and this gives you all the benefits of the Online option, as well being able to go to meetings - Usually you have to pay £4.95 (I think) for a meeting, but with the monthly pass option you pay the £18 for the whole month and get to go to whichever meeting you want too (but you can only weigh in once a week).

I know it's not for everybody but I really find the meetings helpful - you can talk to people in the same boat and get advice from your leader.

The only way o going to meetings is to drag my two daughters along. They are 7 and 9. really don't think that dragging 2, already body conscious girls, along to a diet club is a really healthy thing to do. Might look at cashback for a tenner, just to see what I get. I got EO guide and a very old calculator. See how I go. Thanks for the replies.
