I have been following the plan for 6 weeks and have only lost five pounds. I stayed the same one week and put on one pound this week. I can honestly say thay I have weighed and counted everything and am really disappointed, especially this week.
I don't have many syns -most days none and at the most I think I have had five in one day. A friend says I am not eating enough free food. I eat loads of superfree but she says I need to eat more of the free. I am not hungry and not sure what to do now. I do not attend a class and have joined on-line. Has anyone any advice?
