Im currently following weightwatchers, which (when im on track) has worked quite well for me but Ive been a bit naughty recently and put on 4lbs or so, have just got back on track this week but want to really shift some weight in the next month or so so thinking of cutting down on the carbs I eat,
what are the best fruits to eat that wont push up my carbohydrate intake too much?
im thinking to have carbs for one meal a day, maybe porridge for breakfast or pasta or cous cous somewhere in the day, I dont think i could do very low carb without binging!!
what do you guys prefer? Do you have a limit of grams of carbohydrate you stick to a day?
