final weigh in

just been for final weigh in today, 2 days early as CDC is away on sat and lost 1lb ive been on 1500 plan for almost 2 weeks so will be finished on sunday, weighing myself at home odd days i thought id have stayed the same so really happy with a loss still. OH has 3 weeks left of the plans and he will be going for final weigh in 3 week sat so i may go with him just to see how ive got on without the aid of CD.
ive now lost justover a stone more than what i did 3 years ago on CD, im now in size 12 bottoms, 16 tops but thats my frame and never gonna get lower than that and i feel great.

its a long hard journey but well worth it and anyone struggling or wondering if its worth it all i can say is stick with it and the end results will speak for themselves

Fantastic news and at least your weight is in the top half, better than having a big bum like me!!!

I am sure you will do fine the next 3 weeks but yeah, I agree go see your consultant with your hubby anyway, it will keep you on track!
