The hardest bit so far seems to be drinking all the water, getting through the shakes, the only flavour I'm not so sure about so far is the Choc/Orange but hey thats the least of my problems, I'm hoping as it goes along I'll start feeling better in the mornings, I get up just feeling plain awful, I do find once I've had a coffee (decaff) and a large glass of water I start feeling better, I weighed myself this morning too and have lost 4lbs (though my scales & my consultants differ by 5lbs - hers add the 5!) so that is a big boost for me. Not finding it too bad with regards to cooking meals for the family, think it bothers them more than me that they are eating and I'm just sitting there with my shake, just looking forward to the end results
