Anyone know how many syns in a mozzarella cheese, the one thats in a blob and in water in a bag!!- its from aldi and is the low fat one?

well you can have 42g on a A chloice! i think its about 4 syns for 28g

Really? It's quite generally available in Asda, Tesco and Lidl, and I would imagine in the other major supermarkets.

i buy mine from asda grated mozzarella mild in a plastic bag but it does not say reduced fat

Aah that'll explain it - you need to be looking for the balls of mozzarella rather than grated. I don't think you'll find RF that is grated.
