Refeeding!

I am refeeding as I am finding it too difficult to stay TFR as I keep craving salads and food in general...no cravings for sweets or high carb food which is great.
 
Good luck mini. Keep a diary so we can all lurk around an have a nosy! :giggle: :) x
 
Taylor ... thats fine. Just be sensible with your evening meal and hopefully you might lose some more weight! :)

Remember to save some shakes so you can reintroduce every food group like the refeed sheet and your not going straight onto 3 meals a day from 2 shakes and 1 meal :) xxx
 
Everyone has to find their own way Mini. If you're not happy TFRing then great that you can see another way forward. I think that's a really positive thing to do. Good luck and as Tanya says let's know how you're getting on! :) xx
 
Mini, hope you get on well on refeed. You will find a plan that suits you better. Sometimes we need a change to refocus our efforts.

Hi guys, thank you so much for asking:flowers:

Refeeding did not go according to plan:break_diet: and instead of running around aimlessly, I have decided to give Slimming World a try and joined a class last week.

I feel I have done well considering I find it all a bit confusing to the say the least and it does not help that I keep thinking in WW points... but according to my daily syns it looks like I am a big synner:sigh: :deadhorse:

I have weigh in tomorrow night...that should be interesting:rolleyes:...if I stay the same or have at least one pound off I will be happy...

Good on you for taking that positive step! Please let us know how you get on ... or give us a link to any thread you have on the SW forum ... we love to keep up with you :)

It can be a bit confusing SW - especially since they introduced Easy Extra (? is that what it's called? Extra Easy?? Lol!)
I was a SW weigh-lady till I started LT. I had to leave because obviously I couldn't lie about how I was losing the weight!

Good to hear you think it can be a bit confusing for a newbie...

I am following Extra Easy as I think that is a bit of everything and is easier to follow... so I am told.

I have not started a diary...might do a food diary and update it weekly to see how I can improve on my syns.

Have been keeping a daily record on paper to take to class tomorrow evening for my C to look over it as you can imagine I am all over the place but willing to give it a go as I have seen others do well on it long term and I hope it gives me my mojo back.

Thank yoooo I HAD noticed - and commented in my diary :) and thank YOOOO! ;)

I left SW soon after they introduced Extra Easy so I never really followed it myself. I'd got confused enough that we weren't allowed to call red days red days any more - they had to be 'original' days, then of course there was green days and then there was mix to max and what was the other one? Success express - is that right?
They lost me at red & green LOL - I'm a simple soul - that's why LT was appropriate for me :)

Hey Mini!! .... I've been over to the SW forum but without reading all of the threads I can't see anything you've posted there. I was just wondering how that wi went and how you're doing on the SW plan .... ??? Don't disappear! Where would we all be without you!!! :):) xx
