what's everyone having?

i'm on a red day and would like to cook something, but i have NO idea what!

Probably going to be sausage, bacon and eggs. Tonight is WI night, which doesn't leave me much time to have tea before rushing out to the cinema.

If there isn't much on at the cinema, I'll probably call at Tesco on my way home from WI and see what I fancy!!

Hmmm.....Marinated salmon I think........

meatballs in SW tomato sauce, smash and loads of superfree veg!

beef strips and stir fry veg with extra mushyrooms! and served with Passata and garlic and spices as the sauce! (saving the syns on a ready made sauce)

Yummy!

Smoked haddock, wedges and salad. (OH is having peas, but I thought I'd better get the old super-free stuff in there!)

Looks like chicken breasts filled with cheese spread, wrapped in bacon and topped with cheese, with SW chips and peas (on Red today)

Not a red day, but I just had a MOUNTAIN of salad, wtih a cheese and broccoli pasta 'n' sauce - I like it because the pasta is so creamy I don't need salad dressing :D

Red day for me too - had a salmon fillet with prawns and mange tout and baby corn - delicious! xx

EE day! i'm having Biryani made syn free with chicken, potato, onion, peas and of course rice with fat free yoghurt and mint and salad made with onion tomato and cucumber!!

red day from me too - Just made a scrummy Seafood stir fry, onions, Garlic, Courgette, Peppers, Mushrooms, Squid, Prawns & Muscles cooked in lots of soy sauce - Yummy Yum!!

Hope you ended up having something nice :)

I have just made the red pepper risotto from October 2009 magazine - it was okay not sure I will make it again - I knew I should have had eggs, SW chips and mushy peas.:pIrene
