Hi Everyone

After a very short stint on food, I have decided, eating is not all its cracked up to be!

I like food, but its hard work!! lol

So I think Im going to go back to LL.

I feel like a bit of a joker, but at least I gave it a try!! I havent put any weight on, but its a lot of hard work for very little reward lol!!!!

I can say my logic was sound, but I am very impatient.

I have just ordered £400 worth of clothes....guess id better send those back now (",)

My LLC, hubby and friends are all going to think I am crazy. Keep swapping about.

I just hope now that I have tried it this way, I will get back on track until the end.

Those of you who know me must be fed up of me by now!!

I dont know when im going back, but hopefully it will be soon!!

Far from being fed up of you, you actually make me feel like I'm not the only one who is struggling with things, to go back onto packs, to do low carb instead, calorie counting etc.

You are just braver than me to actually post the battles that you are going through and for that I thank you.

I don't think that there is an easy answer either. You have to try what you yourself thinks is right at the time.

Keep on posting

thank you SO much for your post!! Sometimes I think everyone will think i should just give up because i keep changing my mind and eating whilst on packs. im not exactly a poster girl for the diet....but at least i havent given in to the flab yet lol

hi there
its not easy - don't ever feel bad about coming to us here!

even after RTM i keep popping back to LL as it really does seem to be the only way for me to keep sane!

good luck with losing the rest

Hi Mel
At least you gave it a try. Different things work for different people. However................. LL has worked so fabulously for you it would seem a shame not to stick with it.
Even though I've reached my goal and maintained now for 15 months I still go back to maintainers group every week.
It keeps me on track. Only get weighed then.
I think of it like the gym. If I went regularly and got fit, then stopped going - what would happen?
Lovely to have you back with us xxx
I think of it like

Hi melarnz
Maybe you just needed the bit of a break from LL, and now you know you want to finish off what you started.
You have had an amazing weight loss, and fair play to you, your not undoing all your hard work you have done over the past few months.
Wish you the best of luck back on LL

Hey Mel
I think there have been some excellent comments posted above. Just wanted to add my voice. You are an absolute star, food IS hard - I can vouch for that as can everyones else or they wouldn't be here. You should do what feels right for you - and that includes being able to change your mind. Really well done not putting any weight on during the last couple of weeks.
Good luck gorgeous.

Thanks guys. I must say, the LL forum feels much warmer than the WW one xxx
