Looking for ideas really ladies....
I am a grazer and like to sneak a look in the fridge and pick.
In the past it would of been sausage rolls, Cheese etc.
Now i am looking for syn free nibbles, Prepared fruit isnt a problem i eat loads of it, Ive just found a recipie here for quiche, which i have just made it looks and smells fab, but what do you recomend?? What do you have made in your fridge for just that occassion??

yoghurts, babybel, packs of prepared fruit, milk, eggs, cheese, frsh meats, light mayo, beer and wine! :D x

Lots of eggs in mine and yogurts I tend to snack on cake so I need the eggs to make sw friendly ones :D
Cake has always been my biggest downfall

Yogurts, boiled eggs (I usually boil about 4 at a time and leave them in the fridge for piggy moments), some decent ham, a pack of ready cooked sweet chilli chicken pieces, leftovers from another SW meal, cheese spread triangles (low syn for a cheesey bite!).

Bacon! It's pretty fast to cook up some bacon and eggs.

Everything else in there is not particularly SW friendly. Full fat cheese (I know I get less but at least I get full taste!), baby fromage frais, borng salad stuff. There's currently a big ham in the bottom to be cooked in (full fat) coke on Sunday for hubby's birthday (Nigella recipe). :)

lots of shaper yogurts, sik of them but got to eat them up. (they were on offer at asda) but going to change make as I am bored of them now. loads of cooking stuff (thai paste, fish sauce, lemon juice, tabacsco, worcester sauce, white wine vinger) milk, cherry toms, mushrooms, p0ortebello mushrooms, philly, low low cheese, brochalli, sweetcorn, asda meat free chicken style

My staple fridge snacks always consist of:

cottage cheese with pineapple
Laughing cow xtra light traingles
Full size Curly Wurlys - only 6 syns and funsize choc bars as these are all roughly 7 syns or less
Home cooked chicken thighs, drumsticks, breast etc
Ham
Eggs/Bacon - ESSENTIAL!!!
Cooked new potato's for green days - i make a big pan of them then tupperware them up in the fridge for a few days
Homemade SW coleslaw and potato salad
SW Quiche - when ive made one - lol

A box of 12 creme eggs, 2 full easter eggs and a half egg. (not mine!)

eggs, yoghurts, milk, cheese (full fat, more taste!), salad stuff, carrots, swede, onions, bacon, soup, lots of pickles and relishes are all in my fridge.

I don't snack as a rule and if I do it's on fruit or a yoghurt so I don't make things for snacking on. I just have lots of ingredients so I never go short of being able to make an omelette for lunch or some soup.

Back Bacon (DH), Turkey rashers, Quark, Low Fat grated cheddar cheese, Light Babybel cheese's, VLF Laughing Cow cheese triagles, VLF Plain Cottage cheese, Wafer thin chicken, Wafer thin ham, Skim milk, Semi Skim Milk (DH),
Orange juice (DH), Mullerlight Yoghurts, Feel fuller yoghurts, Flora Ex Light Spread, tomato puree, and half a bottle of passata.

Box of 4 Egg custards (DH), Opened packet ready made custard (DH) a squeezy bottle of Heinz salad cream (DH).

In the cool box is lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, rocket, onions, carrot batons, peppers, mushrooms, chillies.

Homemade SW Quiche
Spicy Sweet potatoe wedges
New Potatoes (boiled and either spiced or roasted in garlic and herbs, with a fat free yoghurt dip!)
Boiled Eggs
Homemade Chicken Tikka Peices
Homemade Soups
Cheese and Pineapple or Cheese and Pickled onion sticks (think 80's part food ha ha!)

Other items in fridge are:
Peppers, courgettes, lasting satisfaction yoghurts, brie, feta, mature cheddar
less than 1% milk, full fat milk
bacon, tuna
egg mayo mix (homemade)
pineapple, oranges, honeydew and cantaloupe melon, pears, apples, lettuce, beetroot, cucumber, capers, cottage cheese, quark, fat free natural yoghurt, diet lemonade, lemons, limes, herbs

Milk, various cheeses, I also have a fruit drawer (apples, grapes, lemons, limes, oranges, strawberries, blueberries) stocked up and a veg drawer (carrots, onions, courgettes, butternut squash, peppers, chilli's, lettuce, springe onion, tomatoes) stocked up. I keep my fruit in the fridge as apples especially keep their crispyness for longer.

I also have various pickles, fat free dressings, fat free greek yoghurt, fat free cottage cheese, deli meats.

and then when I cooked dishes I make extra and keep some in a tubs either in the fridge if I know I will use it in the next day or so, or I fresh it.

My freezer is stocked with various meats, fish etc. I buy from Costco, divide the meat up into portions and then freeze it, is miles cheaper.

Synn free, in my fridge I have frozen grapes, boiled eggs and diet coke. Plus loads of other healthy stuff lol but synn free that is what I can think of. Today I am going to try to freeze some other fruit like banana slices, pineapple peices etc.
Hope that gives you some new ideas!

Most of the above plus cooked cold quorn sausages or WW 1/2 syn sausages
scan bran cake (synned)

Thanks ladies very helpfull, I think i need to be organised and prepare things.
Im going out tomorow so i will get loads of tubs to store things in.
The quiche i made was delicious, it didnt even make it to the fridge, lol. ive just had to make another.
