Do i need fibre

on day five can anyone tell me if i should be taking a fibre drink or something as i feel i need it

hiya i restarted monday, and i was given a free sample sachet of 'fibre clear' ive heard its meant to be really good? but not had it yet and dont plan on doing so at the moment, if you feel you need something maybe pop and see if you can get the free sample sachet from them to try out? x
