One last chance
For the past week I have not followed the plan. I've been so stressed with my coursework that I was munching on anything and everything.

I ate cake, custard, pizza, even fried chicken and chips day after day. I am also on TOTM...

And yet I lost 1lb :confused:
I am very delighted with that...but it's just a first for me.

Any idea as to why this happened?
 
I think if it was me I'd try and draw a line under it and think wow thats lucky but what would I have lost if I'd followed plan properly. It could have been any number of reasons you lost including the stress itself.
 
Well done hun!

Sometimes after a little bit of loosing the body enjoys having a higher amount of food. Reassures it that it is not starving or in famine mode. Of course eating like this often is not recommended as this is how we all got heavier!

Back to plan this week and hopefully the extra food is enough to kick start the losses again. Again well done on your loss and may long they continue.
