I know my greeting seems cheery but I don't feel too cheery starting this journey. If I fail this week I will keep going, no doubt about it.:girlpower:

I'm starting on the cabbage soup diet, the reason: I need a detox. I did it like 10 years ago and it is not healthy on so many levels. probably the main one being that it's not mentaly healthy, I'm not sure.

If you are sort of obsessive it might make it worse, but if I make it at least to day 6 I will just eat less, and besides, after such suffering I don't wanna mess things up going back to eating the way I used to.

After this week on CSD I plan to follow a balanced diet plan of 1200-1500 calorie diet, I want to vary it because I will vary my exercise too.

And please if you plan to advice me against it, don't.:p
