after feeling upset and annoyed with myself after eating last night (day 3) and getting myself so low and feeling guilty i have pulled myself together i think and strangely have not had any hunger pangs at all today?, is this because i ate last night or is it kicking in???? i have no idea but felt alot more motivated and felt satisfied just having my 2 shakes! not had a great day otherwise but rather than me wanting to reach for chocolate i havent! hoping this feeling stays now and it isnt just because my stomach is full from last nights ww meal and at 10 rice cakes and 2 biscuits can't believe i bloody did that x
