and I feel ok!!!

I know I could start to feel pretty awful over the next couple of days but so far so good.
The Vanilla Shake is horrid though so taking them back to the chemist later as no way I can cope with more of those! The Chocolate was fine and about to have strawberry now for breakfast.
I got a shock when they did my start weight in the chemist yesterday I was half a stone heavier than I thought! Even more determined to succeed now!

I'd say don't be too hasty in ditching the vanilla shakes, try them with coffee and some sweetners, it tastes really nice...honestly.

I hate coffe so dont think they're gonna be the ones for me - I can cope with the strawberry and chocolate though so dont really mind.
Still feeling surprisingly ok. Its tonoght when I sit infront of the tv I'm worried about!!

I've (Re) started again today so I know how your feeling, I try to leave my last shake as late as possible, usually around 9pm cos that's when I start to get peckish watching tv and it's usually for nuts or crisps.

i didnt like the vanilla either ewww was awfull, thought id try it anyway give me more variation other than chocolate , but seems its chocolate all the way for me now lol

hey guys,

im on my second day. my first was horrible i had the strawberry one for the morning and i didnt mind it. i then had the vanilla one and i was nearly sick. so i have been back to swop for flapjacks and soup fingers crossed. i nearly packed it in after the first day i felt all depressed but i stuck to it and i felt really good this morning. i dont have a weight i want to lose. i have a t shirt i want to fit back into so i have hung it up to make me do it. sorry if i ahve put this on the wrong forum.

hi wirral, if your on lipotrim then you are in the right forum i have some size 12is i want to get into and ive done the same and hung them up lol, good motivation! i cant comment on the flap jacks as never had them, and i didnt like the soups ... but you might each to there own, if you ever feel depressed come on here it really does help good luck x

thanks very much i was trying to find a forum and success stories last nite to keep me going i think it was the vanilla one it made me feel sick wont be drinking that again. i think its trial and error with the shakes i had about 300ml of water with one yesterday but it was abit thick so today i put about 400-450ml it was not as think and not as sickly. thanks for the support. x

adding crushed ice to them makes them alot nicer and more milkshakey , oh and welcome to the forum x

My vanillas are going back tomorrow - yuk!
Day 2 now over and done with - feel fine.
