really struggling today

Hello everyone:wave_cry:

I'm really really hungry I think.....
I'm on my 4th day and have gone into ketosis. The thing is I've been looking after my niece she 11 months and didn't sleep much last night so I'm very tired and think that may be why I'm craving food. This is the first bad day I've had so far. Hope i don't have many more !!!!!!!!!!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::cry::cry:

Definately hang in there if you can. If you've been 100% for four days then you've done it as far as I'm concerned. Day 5 and onwards should be easier for you. Maybe go to bed early (or do you still have your neice?) or have a bath. Anything to keep you out of the kitchen. I wish I hadn't given in when it got too hard for me over the weekend. I'm back on day one again now and can't wait to get to day 4/5 and ketosis. Good luck xx

I get 'hungry' when I'm tired, too. I'm never entirely sure whether I'm actually physically hungry, or just craving energy from any source.

Get an early night. That's my plan :)

Water, water and water is the key...It fills you up nicely.

And pee:D

Thanks everyone I'm feeling more positive this morning.
Still have my niece but she was far more settled last night so got enough sleep thank goodness..
Off to the Zoo today so need lots of NRG:)

Glad you're feeling better! How was the zoo?

Absolutely great thanks.
Feeling great now so glad I didn't give in.
Weird thing is I'm now struggling to eat/drink all of it now as have virtually no appetite.
Hope all is going well for you xx

Stick with it !!

I'm on day 4 too and I'm focusing on Camp Bestival in August, a pair of shorts and hunter wellies.

Pick a focus point and think of it when it gets difficult.

You can do it!!!

did it get any better hun?

i know its really hard, just focus on your goal and stay strong! maybe take your niece for a nice walk to the park?

Keep with it, I find if I do 'cheat&eat' I'm more hungry the next day and that is harder then the original hunger pain! Keep going as you will be so pleased with your first weeks results, let us all know how you get on & best of luck
