Just been shopping and couldn't get the Actimel I wanted so ended up with Muller Vitality Prebiotic Fibre + Probiotic Low Fat Yoghurt Drink don't suppose anyone knows the syn value for Vanilla ones and Raspberry ones?

I looked through the book but not in there.

It's 100g and has 72kcal, 2.6g protein, 11.7g carbs, 1.4g fat (0.9 saturates), 2.2g fibre and 90mg calcium.

Please help LOL
