Toffee mullerlight, banana and an apple

Snack-
Orange and choc mullerlight, kellogs fibre plus bar (HEXB)

Lunch-
2 egg omlette with 28g cheese (HEXA), lean bacon, mixed salad leaves, cucumber, spring onion.

Snack-
2 ryvita (HEXB) 2 el laughing cow (HEXA)

Dinner-
Pork chop (fat removed), cabbage,leeks,carrots and gravy (2 syns)

Treat-
french fries (4.5 syns)
