Potatoes? Help!!

I am just wandering if there's any difference in syns in potatoes, depending on how they are cooked?

Boiled with no skin?

Mashed with no milk or butter? (I use skimmed milk in my 350ml allowance in mash)

Jacket potatoes in oven or microwave?

Obviously anything cooked in oil has syns, so I know roasts and chips are synful.

Other then the part boiled and oven baked chips.. is that the same for roasts if I spray with frylight or put a lil of my skimmed milk allowance on them?

Thanks

If you are on green or EE then there will be no difference as they would all be free. On red you could have a jacket potato for a HEB but not mash or boiled without skins.

you can syn potatoes on a red day if you are not having them as a HeB
Potatoes, new, in skins, raw/boiled, 28g 1
Potatoes, old, flesh & skin, raw, 57g 1½
Potatoes, old, flesh only, raw/boiled, 28g 1
Potatoes, chips, homemade, baked without fat, 28g baked 1
