I'm hoping that writing this diary will help me in my quest to get back to the weight I was when i got married 6 years ago!!! In that six years I have had a baby and am 2 stone 5 pounds heavier. I have done WW successfully years ago but I seem to have got in a habit of starting it (or any diet really: I've tried them all!) and then losing 4-5 pounds then forgetting about it for the weekend and binging Fri pm/Sat/Sun all day. I guess this makes me the worst of the yo yo dieters!!! So far this year I have started WW about 3 times, tried Celebrity Slim diet for a week, looked into doing Atkins and now realise that WW works and I just have to be very strict with myself expecially at weekends.
I am a typical binge eater, this weekend my husband was away and I ate a ridiculous amount of food,
I have a hen do in two weeks time and I don't want to feel as bloated as I do today for that night out, hopefully could lose 6-7 pounds by then if I am good! 6 weeks from now I have the wedding and it would be lovely to have lost near on a stone - which I think is realistic, again if I am strict with myself.
I'm not looking any further than that at the moment, but ultimately I would love to get to goal this year! I think once the first stone has gone, it will be harder and slower to lose the rest.
I'm going to list some goals for my signature and then update this everyday
