I had 2x turkey breasts *skinless* and have decided to dice them, so have done that and there is plenty there. Which I can presume is free on extra easy?

I was just wandering if anyone has any good idea for the diced turkey?

yes this definitely would be free on EE.

You could make a stir fry with it maybe? or you could make a pasta sauce and add the turkey so you have a meaty pasta dish? or make a curry with it?

I'm useless with receipes but once you decide how you want to use it, lots of people have posted receipes on here! I assume turkey can be used in anything chicken can be? x

Ooh, there's nothing better than a turkey curry. It keeps its form and flavour unlike using chicken.

I agree, Turkey and Mushroom curry! Yum!

Turkey chow mein! :D
I tried the chicken chow mein recipe from the SW website when I first joined but changed it and use turkey instead for a bit of a change - so good!! Now my family have it at least once a week and totally free on EE.

(Full recipe on SW website under 'Chicken Chow Mein')

4 spring onions
2 carrots

113g/4oz mushrooms
1 red pepper

Just have to make up the noodles, then cut up everything and first heat up a pan with frylight & the garlic, ginger and spring onion for a couple mins, then just add all the veg, stock, soy sauce and turkey in and cook foranother 3-4 minutes. Add in the noodles and tossand your ready to go.
I always buy a supermarket stir fry mix instead to save time, can be a really quick meal.
I love asdas one with mangetout & Butternutsquash, really nice!
