Spag Bol

Hi guys,

Hope u are all keeping well!
I'm a bit useless in the kitchen.. how do you make the spag bol that you're allowed on refeed week?
Would this be ok... dry fry extra lean mince add tin of tomatoes, onion, garlic, basil, mushrooms, tomato puree?
Also - is it still 4oz of mince we are allowed?

Yep exactly like that or you can use a LF Bolognaise sauce. I use the asda one its like 97p for a big jar and will easily make 3 lots :)

You can also add any extra veg you like - i like to add grated carrot and lots of red onion to mine :)
