Today is going great

Breakfast ; 1oz oats (HEB) and Milk (HEA) with little cinnanmon and sweetener
Snack: Melon
Lunch: Ham and Pasta Salad - pasta, ham, celery, apple, lettuce, spring onions, hellmans ex light (1.5), Plum and Activia fat free yog
Snack: Plum and Blood orange
Tea: Cajun spiced salmon, potato wedges, salsa, brocolli and peas, mullerlight
Treat : Not quite decided yet - def choc of some sort! :) - Had half a twirl from my easter egg (6 syns)

7.5syns for the whole day

Ok, Tuesday,

Breakfast ; 1oz oats (heb) and milk (hea)
Lunch ; Pasta, celery, lettuce, spring onion, seafood sticks, hellmans extra light (1.5syns), 2 plums and activia fat free
Tea ; Rice and beef chilli (lean mince beef, onion, garlic, mixed pulses, peppers, passatta, chilli), mullerlight
Treat ; Twirl finger
Total 7.5 syns the day

Snack; melon
Lunch ; left over chilli and rice, activia fat free
Snack ; plum and blood orange, seafood sticks, slice of ham
Tea: spaghetti bolognaise - spaghetti, onion, mince beef, dolmio light (got big jar by mistake so 4.5syns), mullerlight
Snack: considering a ripple (9 syns)
Total : 13.5
