Vitamins and cd

Can I take my regular vitamins whilst on CD? I take cod liver oil and multi vits. Is there anywhere i can check if these are ok to continue with?

You don't actually need the multi vitamins on CD as the VLCD gives you 100% nutrition.

However I have to take various supplements for joints and other problems I have, and they don't affect my weight loss.
