Not much but its a loss

Hey ppl!

Got some good news today! My WI shows weight back to 12.4 as displayed in my sig. It was 12.4 a few weeks back but due to one week away in newcastle and my sons b-day i was up to 12.7.

So between last sunday (12.6) and today im down 2lbs! Woop im VERY happy with that as i was not expcting any loss!

Im happy to carry on with SF for another week to see the what happens. :flirt2:

Had a vanialla shake for brekki and it was rather nice!! tasted like icecream! im actually thinkinng about making a shake and freezing it! Do u reacon it will taste like icecream?

I don't know what would happen if you froze it. Try putting it in a plastic container and stirring every 45 mins until frozen.
