Hello everyone

Am pretty new to posting although i am always reading and am definately definately going to stick to ww this time. But am off on holidays and am just wondering how much you guys lost in your first 3 weeks..

First week losses vary so much from person to person some people only lose a couple of lbs others lose 7 or 8
 
Depending on how much you have to lose, you usually lose bigger numbers in the first two weeks and it slows down after that. If you are heavier then the weight will probably come off quicker in the first two weeks, but there is no guarantee and it differs from person to person. If you stick to it faithfully then aim for 2lbs a week for 3 weeks = 6lbs and nearly half a stone! xxx
 
I managed to lose 10lbs in the first 3 weeks which has now slowed to 2-3 lbs a week which im very happy with :)

i lost 12lbs in the 1st 3 weeks and its slowed down a bit now, just do your best and pick it back up when you come home!! where you off to?
 
I lost 10lbs this tme I do think it depends on what you eat,if you exercise how much water you drink and your metabolisim.

Id aim at 1.5lbs long term that way you wont get disheartened if its not 2-3 every week they say 1-2lbs a week is recommended I WANT 4 :eek: lol
