Simple low syn/synfree indian recipes

simple onion bhajis - make up some smash, fry an onion, add the onion to the smash with some curry powder (as much or as little as you like) and some powdered garlic, roll into a ball & bake in the oven until crispy. How simple do you need these recipe's to be? I have loads of Indian recipes, are you after starters & main courses or mainly indian nibbles?

mostly nibbles.. my sister and her Oh are coming over for a curry tomorrow. Hes a chef and is cooking me a syn free curry (cant wait, will give u recipe once iv tried it) but iv agreed to provide picky bits (samosas, bhajis ) the usual. if i have to buy them i wont eat them myself, but if i can garentee their going to taste good and i wont be embarressed by my terrible cooking id like to do them sw friendly so i can eat them too?

just posted some for you, I do have a samosa one too but it is fiddly, I will post it for you & you can make your own mind up on it.

Have a good time tomorrow!
