just looking for some info on how many calories people tend to burn in one session
for instance.. last night
rowing machine-10mins@level 10=100cals
cross trainer-5mins@level 8 = 50cals
treadmill-30mins @betweenlevel6-10=200cals
Bike-10 mins @level9 =50cals
total 400cals and then i did weights
what does everyone else do?
