I am on day 2 of my lipotrim diet and I am seriously struggling. I know I need to push past the hunger but what I wanted to know when would the best time be to start exercising. I went for a run last night and I nearly collapsed half way round and felt seriously sick, Should I wait a week or so or push on through it!!! Would really love some advice. I really want to succeed.
