Have a had a rough 4 weeks, meals have been good but in between awful coke, cake, choc, pizza you name it I've eaten it. I put on 4.5lbs in 4 weeks.
Today I am starting again, weigh in was yesterday.
For breakfast I had toast (B) and Jam (1tbsp 1 syn)
How do you all get back on track when things are difficult?
