Harvester syns

I went to Harvester today and had chicken breast with jacket potato and salad and also had the peas and beans in the dressing. I wondered if anyone knew the syns as I can't seem to find them!
I know its a bit late now Im just trying to get an idea?

well in theory it would be free on extra easy BUT i did read something about them using lots of oil to cook the chicken so not really sure.

oops,didn't see the beans and peas in dressing part.no idea on that,sorry

Yeah it sounded really good on the menu but it looked like had been cooked in oil and the jacket even looked like it had butter or something in it though I asked for it plain.....have tried to allow enough syns for it but can't be sure!
